These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of New War Zone (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Use of the App

You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
You must not misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt services, generate excessive traffic, attack infrastructure, reverse engineer, or use automation/bots.

2) Nickname rules

Your nickname is user-provided content. The following are prohibited:

Harassment, hate speech, racism, discrimination, threats
Sexual content, obscenity
Violence/terrorism promotion, illegal content
Impersonation or misleading identity (e.g., "admin", "moderator")
Spam/advertising content

We may reject nicknames, automatically replace them, restrict access, or ban users who violate these rules.

3) Multiplayer services and availability

The App uses online services. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, outages, high load, or third-party service disruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

4) Advertising

The App may display ads. Ad frequency and appearance may change over time.

5) Intellectual property

The App and its content (code, design, graphics, audio, text, etc.) are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

6) Prohibited behavior and enforcement

The following behaviors are prohibited:

Cheating, exploits, unauthorized software, or actions that harm game balance
Attacking servers/infrastructure, generating excessive traffic, or disrupting service
Harassment, hate speech, and other abusive conduct

We may issue warnings, suspend access temporarily or permanently, or ban users for violations.

7) Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, including for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits.

8) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms become effective when posted.

10) Mecha Weaver — Addendum

These additional terms apply to the mobile game Mecha Weaver (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using Mecha Weaver, you agree to these Terms.

10.1 Use of the App (Mecha Weaver)

You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
You must not misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt services.

10.2 Nickname rules

Not applicable for Mecha Weaver (no nickname feature).

10.3 Multiplayer services and availability

Not applicable for Mecha Weaver (no multiplayer services).

10.4 Advertising

Mecha Weaver may display ads. Ad frequency and appearance may change over time.
