We do not directly receive or store your full payment card information.

PART II — TERMS OF SERVICE

12. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Mecha Weaver, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

13. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mecha Weaver for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

14. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
interfere with or disrupt the App's normal operation
use unauthorized tools, exploits, automation, or cheats
attempt to bypass restrictions, monetization systems, or technical protections
manipulate virtual items, purchases, progress, or gameplay systems
use the App in a way that harms the Company, the App, or other users

15. Virtual Items, Currency, Upgrades, and Purchases

The App may include virtual items, upgrades, cosmetics, premium features, or in-app purchases.

These items:

have no real-world cash value
are licensed, not sold
may only be used within the App
may be modified, limited, balanced, or discontinued where reasonably necessary and permitted by law

If in-app purchases are enabled, payment processing is handled by the applicable platform provider under its own terms and policies.

16. Advertising

The App may display advertisements.

The timing, frequency, format, providers, and availability of advertisements may change over time.

17. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, balance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be:

available
uninterrupted
error-free
compatible with every device or platform version

18. Intellectual Property

Mecha Weaver and all related content, including code, gameplay systems, graphics, audio, visual assets, text, designs, characters, and interface elements, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

19. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services for functionality such as:

advertising
purchases
platform services
diagnostics
technical infrastructure

Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary if a user:

abuses the App
attempts to compromise security or technical protections
uses unauthorized tools, exploits, or cheats

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

21. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent availability of features, or compatibility with every device or platform version.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

This may include loss of:

game progress
virtual items
purchases
data
profits

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
